Week 2: In a Galaxy Far Far Away

Service Description

This week invites campers to explore space through art and imagination. Children design and invent their own galaxies, planets, and cosmic scenes using mixed media techniques. Projects focus on creative expression, design thinking, and exploring scale, contrast, and movement. Campers learn basic art terminology while experimenting with materials that help them translate big ideas into visual form. The theme encourages curiosity, critical thinking, and “outside the box” creativity as campers imagine what exists beyond our world.
