Service Description

Campers dive into an ocean-inspired world of creativity as they explore life beneath the waves. Using mixed media, children create art inspired by sea creatures, coral reefs, and underwater environments. Through hands-on projects, young artists learn about shapes, textures, patterns, and color while experimenting with different materials and art tools. Activities encourage imagination, storytelling through art, and visual communication, all while reinforcing fine motor skills and creative problem-solving. This week blends learning and play as campers bring their underwater ideas to life. FIELD TRIP: Children visit the Ocean Hall and marine life exhibits at the Smithsonian National Museum of Natural History. Campers observe sea animals, ocean environments, and natural textures found underwater. The field trip supports visual learning as children make real-world connections to shapes, colors, and patterns seen in their art projects. This experience helps young artists translate what they observe into creative expression back in the studio. Includes: TShirt Art Supplies Field Trip Bus *FIELD TRIP SUBJECT TO CHANGE
