Welcome to Art Days of Summer
Camp 2021!
Art Days of Summer is an Arts program where children ages 3-10 enjoy, drawing ,designing, inventing and much more! We encourage uneven circles and the use of 'outside the box' thinking when producing art!
Our camp is full of fun, enriching experiences for children who love to create! Through art activities our campers not only learn how to use various art tools and materials but also learn different art techniques and terminology. Through creativity, our young artists learn how to build critical thinking and visual communication skills as well as social relations and team collaborations.
Along with themed filled weeks, we learn about various artists (famous and local). We explore all of what the D.C. Metropolitan area has to offer by going on weekly field trips. We visit museums like the Museum of Natural History, and The African Art Museum and fill our theatrical curiosity by enjoying wonderful theater productions at the Imagination Stage!
For more information please feel free to contact our Founder/Director Lisa Ochieng. Spaces will fill up FAST so grab a slot for your little one and let them start exploring their creative side!
